About us

The company was founded in 1988 by Andreas and Ioannis Kaltsoudas, and is based in Mykani near Kalabaka, just a few kilometres from the feet of Meteora’s sacred rocks.

Every day the company collects fresh goat’s and sheep’s milk from livestock farmers in the Municipality of Kalabaka. To ensure the quality of this key ingredient, it has supplied milk producers with special cooling tanks to keep the milk refrigerated at a low temperature until it is picked up.

The company implements an integrated food safety system, resulting in top-quality products.
